DAILY MONEY MANAGEMENT
WHEN MANAGING THE FINANCIAL DETAILS OF LIFE BECOMES TOO MUCH TO HANDLE, YOU DON’T HAVE TO DO IT ALONE.
Hands-on financial organization, administration, and coordination for older adults, families supporting aging parents, and individuals who need trusted support maintaining financial independence and continuity.
What is Daily Money Management?
Daily Money Management (DMM) is hands-on support with the financial and administrative responsibilities of everyday life.
A Daily Money Manager helps organize, manage, and coordinate the details that can become difficult or time-consuming to handle alone — from bills, accounts, insurance, and paperwork to communication with family members, attorneys, financial advisors, and other trusted professionals.
For some clients, that means taking care of routine financial tasks and keeping everything organized. For others, it means stepping in during a transition — an illness, the loss of a spouse, changes in capacity, or when adult children begin helping an aging parent.
The goal is not to take over. It’s to provide the structure and support needed to keep your financial life organized, understood, and moving forward.

WHAT DOES A DAILY MONEY MANAGER ACTUALLY DO?
A Daily Money Manager handles the financial and administrative details that need attention between conversations with your financial advisor, CPA, attorney, insurance professional, or family.
I help keep accounts and bills organized, monitor activity, manage paperwork and financial records, follow up on outstanding items, and make sure important decisions actually get carried through.
I can also help coordinate across the people involved in your financial life — so your family and trusted professionals have the information they need and fewer details fall through the cracks.
Think of me as the person helping keep all the financial pieces connected.
Daily Money Management Support Includes:
Bill payment and cash-flow coordination
Account monitoring and financial organization
Mail, paperwork, and document management
Insurance and benefits coordination and follow-up
Account, beneficiary, and ownership follow-up
Estate-planning administration (wills, trusts, powers of attorney)
Coordination with attorneys, CPAs, financial advisors, and other professionals
Communication and coordination with family members
Assistance during illness, incapacity, caregiving, or other life transitions
Tracking financial tasks and making sure next steps are completed
The work is tailored to what you need. For some clients, I manage ongoing day-to-day responsibilities. For others, I step in where additional organization, coordination, or follow-through is needed.
Financial support rarely happens in isolation.

How does Daily Money Management work?
ONGOING OR AS-NEEDED SUPPORT
Support can be ongoing or focused on a specific period of need, depending on your situation.
YOU REMAIN IN CONTROL
I provide organization, administration, coordination, and follow-through while you remain involved in your financial decisions.
FAMILY CAN BE INVOLVED
With your authorization, I can communicate and coordinate with adult children or other family members.
I WORK WITH YOUR EXISTING TEAM
I complement the work of your financial advisor, CPA, attorney, insurance professionals, and other trusted advisors — I don’t replace them.
NO 90-DAY RESET REQUIRED
Some clients want a financial snapshot and roadmap to implement on their own. Others need ongoing Daily Money Management support. We’ll determine what makes sense for you.
SUPPORT CAN CHANGE AS LIFE CHANGES
The level of involvement can evolve during illness, caregiving, incapacity, a move, the loss of a spouse, or other life transitions.
“I waited until the barn was on fire, and Taresa was the rescue. She helped me get organized, figure out what needed attention first, and work through the financial and estate-planning details I’d been overwhelmed by and reluctant to manage.”

You can. But ask yourself honestly: are you going to pull 12 months of statements and analyze the trends? Compare insurance policies? Map beneficiaries? Cancel subscriptions? Build a balance sheet and income statement
Or will it stay on your mental to-do list?
This isn’t always about capability. Sometimes, it’s about the weight of endless tedious tasks — and having someone follow through to make sure they’re fully completed.

Most of my clients come to me because they want clarity, coordination, and protection before something goes wrong.
Daily Money Management isn’t about being in financial trouble. Many of my clients have managed their finances successfully for years but reach a point where the administrative responsibilities become too time-consuming, complicated, or difficult to manage alone.
Some need help staying organized as they age. Others have adult children helping from a distance, are navigating illness or the loss of a spouse, or simply want someone making sure important financial details are handled and nothing falls through the cracks.

I don’t replace your licensed professionals. I help coordinate their work and make it usable in your real life.
Financial advisors typically focus on planning and investments. CPAs focus on taxes. Insurance professionals focus on coverage. My role is to help connect the pieces and make sure decisions are actually carried through.
I review accounts directly (with your permission), help ensure beneficiaries align with your intentions, help translate financial conversations, coordinate across your trusted professionals, and stay involved until decisions are actually implemented.

Investing in organization and continuity now can prevent far greater cost and confusion later.
Ask yourself: if something happened tomorrow, could someone step into your financial life without confusion?
If the answer is “not easily,” that’s part of the cost of disorganization. Daily Money Management provides ongoing structure, organization, and follow-through so important financial responsibilities don’t depend entirely on you keeping track of everything yourself.
It can also mean identifying problems earlier, keeping critical details from falling through the cracks, and having someone who already understands your financial life when circumstances change.

As involved as you want and need to be. You remain in control of your financial decisions, while I help manage the organization, administration, coordination, and follow-through.
We’ll begin with a 2-hour onboarding session to understand your financial picture, priorities, and immediate needs. From there, I can handle much of the ongoing work behind the scenes, bringing you in when decisions, approvals, or additional information are needed.
For clients who want family members involved, I can also coordinate with authorized adult children or other trusted individuals, so the responsibility doesn’t fall entirely on one person.

Yes. Discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism are foundational to this work. Your financial information is handled carefully and securely and is never shared without your consent.
I maintain professional liability and cyber insurance coverage and have successfully completed a background check through the American Association of Daily Money Managers (AADMM), of which I am a professional member.
You don’t have to manage this alone.
Financial responsibilities have a way of multiplying as life changes. Sometimes you need help with the day-to-day details. Sometimes you need someone to coordinate with family and trusted professionals. And sometimes you simply need to know that someone is paying attention and following through.
